We accept returns within [7 or 14] days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging (sealed if applicable).
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a shipping company to pick up the returned item from your address. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and send us photos showing the issue.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status:
If you paid by online payment, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If you paid by cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be issued as a store wallet balance or coupon which you can use for your next purchase.
Refund processing time: 5β10 business days after receiving the returned item.
We will schedule the return pickup through our partnered shipping company.
The shipping cost for the return is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
